Faith moves mountains, but man removes them. He digs the earth from beneath himself and transports it to the clouds, for storage in a data center. The sand from the quarry, the building material, conforms to the body and shapes the desire to return to the womb. Back to the sea, to the origin. To become a child again. The turtle represents the museum, four ancient pillars and a dome above. This is what the museum guard sees in the gate to the cloud, the storage of the heavens, in the memory itself, the preservation, the protection. The deepest metal creates comfort but also the largest void, the lack. The museum guard in the hallway looks after the letters, the bits, the data, everything small that forms the foundations of reality. The mountain connects earth with heaven and its sand is time and the wish for protection. Each grain is an extinct spark of creation and a step towards the sea, in the quarrying after unformed memories in the underworld, securely framed, where they transform into flowers of oblivion. The quarry and the museum confront each other as opposites but appear as forms of the whole.
